Barrington Estates

Welcome!

It is the desire of the resident homeowners to create an Association to represent Barrington Estates in any relevant business, legal and/or social transactions.

In establishing the Association , it is their intent that the primary purpose and goals of the Association are:
1) To foster a spirit of neighborhood solidarity.
2) To endorse the beautification of the neighborhood.
3) To be an instrument for communicating Barrington Estates, Genoa Township and Westerville community information to the neighborhood.
4) To be a forum to address complaints regarding alleged violations of the Covenants and Deed Restrictions of Barrington Estates.
5) To promote and address personal safety issues in the development, including pedestrian and vehicle traffic concerns.
