Welcome to the website of the Ashberry Lane Condominimum Association!

Ashberry Lane is located within the city limits of Edmonds, in south Snohomish County, State of Washington. The 18 homes in the community were built in 2002 and each home has a two car garage, fenced private back patio/yard, and nine foot ceilings. Downstairs features a living room, dining room, kitchen and 1/4 bath. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, storage closet, and spacious master with large walk in closet. The neighborhood in located in the close-in northern suburbs of Seattle, just minutes from plenty of shopping, entertainment, and festivals that are held throughout the year. There's great access to I-5, shopping, downtown Edmonds and everything necessary!.
