You may not be aware of it but there is a Apartment Complex that is in the beginning stages of development that will be located next to the Outer Loop Plaza in the green space on the west side of the shopping center. This complex will have 216 Apartments with 350 parking spaces and have 11 buildings, 3 stories tall. This complex will not have to go through a zoning change and can be slipped in under the radar unless we, as homeowners, object. The added traffic alone will be a burden not to mention the possibility of extra crime in the area. Below are numbers that you can call and voice your opinion and ask for a public meeting at the Government Center at night instead of downtown in the middle of the day.
