Historic Old Town is home to families who enjoy the advantages of being a Landmark neighborhood. Old buildings have been lovingly maintained. We also have some newer mid-rise and high-rise buildings. Lots are beautifully landscaped and large trees are scattered throughout the neighborhood. We are located just across Clark Street from beautiful Lincoln Park. Our neighborhood is known for great dinning and an abundance of interesting and desirable shops. Our annual Old Town Art Fair draws people from all over Chicago.
