Williamsburg Home Owners Association

Welcome

Williamsburg Subdivision was established in June, 1957.  It is a beautiful quiet place to live and call home.  The children of Williamsburg have the opportunity to attend school in the Birmingham School District.  The natural beauty of Williamsburg mixed with its close proximity to shopping and dining extablishments, within the detroit metro area, make Williamsburg Subdivision a great place to live.

Williamsburg Homeowners Association Inc. is a Michigan non-profit corporation.  The association was established for the maintenance of common areas and to provide architectural contol and compliance with the covenants, conditions and restrictions of the subdivision.  Annual Dues are mandatory.
