Welcome to the Whittier Neighborhood!  Our neighborhood is one where we want people to live, raise their family, work and eat in our neighborhood.  This is a neighborhood of the working class.  We have exciting things happening in the future with the mural at Meldrum Park in 2013.  We have three parks in our neighborhood.  Heritage Park located at 6th & Weber.  Meldrum Park 6th & Lewis. Whittier Park Cliff & 3rd St.
