In the beginning the Wayne Township Quadrant was formed to bring together neighbors, officials, and community leaders from the many neighborhoods to share, work on goals together and open up a line of communication that would be of a benefit to all. After a few meetings the Township Quadrant was transformed into the Wayne Township Neighborhood Council.
