Welcome to Village Place Estates!
VPE is a little community of 39 homes located off of Denton Road just south of Michigan Avenue. It is close to Canton, Ypsilanti, and Ann Arbor MI and is within minutes of two airports (Detroit Metro and Willow Run). Residents also have quick access to three major highways (I-275, I96 and I94).
VPE shares the township with several unique amenities such as Belleville Lake (an all sports lake), the Lower Huron Metropark and the hidden treasure - Van Buren Park where the township hosts concerts and allows residents to gain access to Belleville Lake. VPE is close to shopping and other services along the Michigan Avenue corridor.
It's a nice place to live.
