Val's is a small mobile home community in Cibolo, TX, generally it has been a safe and quiet place to live. Recently, there has been a rise in crime and I think it's time we take matters into our own hands. As neighbors and friends, we are on the frontline in the fight against crime....Let's look out for one another!!!
