Welcome

Traditions consists of 99 single family homes situated on 47.5 acres of land previously used a farm land.

Approximately 25 of these acres is open space and common areas.  The site includes a 1 acre wet pond and a half acre dry pond to manage extraordinary rain run-off.

The Wildlife and Environmental Committee has installed Bluebird nesting boxes to encourage these voracious consumers of insects to populate the community.  This Committee engages in ongoing resident education on living harmoniously with native wildlife.
