Welcome

TPPOA was created, as an avenue to involve property owners in the growth and development of the neighborhood, provide a unified voice for concerns and issues neighborhood wide, as well as consistency for the neighborhood for its overall best interest and preservation as a premier neighborhood in which to reside.

In 2010, the development's common area managemnt was turned over to the property owners in a mediated settlement between the developer and TPPOA.

To learn more about the neighborhood visit www.timberwoodparksa.org for current details.  The association was renamed to Timberwood Park Owners Association (TPOA) and is managed by Spectrum Property Management.
