Built in 1988 The Hartzell HOA is a planned development located in San Rafael. This community consists of 48 luxury homes located on approximately 20 acres with, a park, community clubhouse and large pool. It is perfectly located - within walking distance of shopping, a Smart Train station, many hiking trails and a bus service to San Francisco. By car, the Richmond/San Rafael Bridge takes 12 min and both the Golden Gate Bridge and the first wineries in Sonoma are less than 20 minutes away.
