On Feb. 2, 2007 an artists reception was held at the T & J Bakery Cafe with the most pleasing results! We thank those that attended and those that purchased works of art. The new show ''INNOVATION'' is up and the June show ''HOT'' will open June 9th-reception date to be announced.

The Blackwash Televised Art Gallery currently airs on Manhattan Neighborhood Network's channel 56 8:00pm on Wednesdays and on Bronxnet's Channel 70 at 8:00pm on Saturdays. Each program features one on one interviews with visual artists, a televised in depth discussion of their work, careers or career plans and viewers get to hear the artist talk about their processes used to produce work, themselves and art in general.
The goal of the program and the artists group is to enhance the lives of artists as well as educate the general public about art.
