As a branch of The First Church of Christ, Scientist, Boston, Massachusetts, Tenth Church of Christ, Scientist is one of many Christian Science churches all over the world that were organized to bring the healing message of the Christ to their communities.
Sunday services include hymns, prayer, and the reading of this week?’s Bible Lesson-Sermon from the King James version of the BIBLE and
SCIENCE AND HEALTH WITH KEY TO THE SCRIPTURES by Mary Baker Eddy.
Wednesday meetings include readings on a timely topic followed by the sharing of healings and spiritual growth that result from reliance on God.
Young people from preschool up to the age of 20 are welcome to visit or enroll in our Sunday School. The students learn of God?’s ever-present love for them and how to apply in their lives the spiritual truths in the BIBLE and SCIENCE AND HEALTH WITH KEY TO THE SCRIPTURES.
Loving care for infants and small children is provided during services.
Free Christian Science literature is available in the pew racks and in the rack outside the church. A Reading Room is located at 6666 S.E. Milwaukie Avenue where the public is welcome to study and pray.
