We are all about creating a positive and helpful neighborhood environment.

A place were many neighbors know each other and are simply aware when a stranger is passing through or roaming our neighborhood streets. A neighborhood that when our children are out and about...we all keep an eye out for them... as we all know the things children can get themselves into and we all hope to be able to help avoid unnecessary situations whenever possible.

A lack of fear to open up to neighbors and say hello whenever possible. Good communication with each other and never hesitating to call the Clearwater Police (727-562-4242) when we see something that does not seem ordinary. 

Friendliness to each other and the willingness to lend support to any neighbor in need is what we strive to encourage.
