The Somerset community is located in beautiful Valrico, Florida, (off State Road 60 East and Mulrennan Road on the East side of Brandon) conveniently located approximately a half hour outside of Tampa and within an hour's drive East to Orlando.

The community consists of 599 single family homes built by Lennar, US Home and Windward Homes.

Amenities include an open-air cabana, swimming pool, children's wading pool, playground, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts and a multi-purpose field.
