The Shores is a planned unit development.The complex is located at 8000 Kroll Way within the city limits of Bakersfield.
The development borders on the eastern side of a 3.60 acre, man made lake and consists of one hundred and seventeen residential townhomes. The development was built in three phases beginning in 1983. The entire development is built on approximately 17.55 acres. Read More...
