- Sponsors the annual I Love A Clean Serra Mesa event, which provides dumpsters for free trash disposal.
- Publishes a bimonthly newsletter, the Serra Mesa Observer, recognized for its quality and informative articles specific to Serra Mesa.
- Meets the fourth Wednesday of the month at ARC, 9575 Aero Drive, at 7:00 p.m. Meetings are open to everyone. Learn about upcoming events, issues affecting your neighborhood, meet with your government representatives, police, and neighbors to help resolve community issues.
