Call Randall to find out who's on the ballot but don't call too soon.  People usually don't submit their names on the ballot until the end.  Sometimes like I said, they knock on your door for support or for proxies.  I'm just asking everyone to look out and find out who they are first.  Once you give them your proxies they could represent you to put anyone's name on it.

Good to see everyone still checking the forum.  Yeah talking about knocking on doors.  I recall some years ago there was a knock on my door from a man named Sayed (spelling?).  He was collecting signatures for something I could faintly recall, but I signed it thinking it was good for SPW.   After thoughts,  I think he was collecting for Cecilia's board because not soon after I received a letter from Sherry who was resigning from the board, Cecilia & her gang came to power.

I need to get homeowners association info for a bank foreclosure that is being sold.

Need a phone #  and contact name, or specific person's email address.  Need to order resale certificate, etc.
