Last night about nightfall a black car looked like a Chevy Cavalier (not sure) parked on 42nd Street and 4 or 5 black teens got out and met up with a couple other teens from our area.
Granted this would not normally bother me but all of them were dressed in black. It was very obvious. They seemed very worried if someone looked at them too hard. As soon as it was dark they disappeared into the park and moved on from there.
