Richnor Springs is one of those great little secrets of Baltimore City life. This tiny little neighborhood with tree-lined streets is tucked away behind the busy intersection of York Rd and Cold Spring Ln. Many of the residents have lived there all of their lives and they know the value of forming a tight community where neighbors work together.
