Welcome to Regency Park!

Regency Park is an 89 unit gated subdivision in North Central San Antonio. The developer was Cinco Encinos, Ltd. and the initial builder was Highland Homes.

Buffington Homes and Beneficial Homes also have built homes in the subdivision.

The Association is now owner-controlled. The Annual Membership Meeting is held in June.

The community is professionally managed by Dee McGee, PCAM of Maximum Management Resources, Inc. Call 735-8181 during business hours for information about the Association.
