Residents are being notified during the sales process and at closing of the HOA in Redstone Village.  It is now a requirement for all builders to give buyers a copy of the covenants and restrictions and sign contract validation that a copy of the covenants and restrictions for Redstone Village was received. Fees are $200 annually and collected on a quarterly basis.
