Welcome to Rancho Mio Neighborhood

Rancho Mio Neighborhood, originally intended to house military families at it's inception in the early 1950's, has since expanded to 125 homes in this quiet, low-key neighborhood.  Nestled in a central Phoenix location in close proximity to Sky Harbor Airport that offers the convenience of shopping and commerce nearby with the familiarity and feel of a small community.  Access to swimming, tennis and more at Pierce Park or jogging, biking and walking on the Cross Cut Canal Path.  Not to mention close and easy access to the Arizona freeways.  Described as very middle class, the residents of Rancho Mio Neighborhood find living here enjoyable, comfortable and appreciate it's laid back, family-oriented way of life.
