NAP- Neighborhood Alliance of Pawtucket

Hello Everyone Below you will find as the KIP package let me explain it... There is a sponsor letter, a letter explaining what we intend on doing this year, and a wish list. On august 10th at 4 pm there will be a basketball tournament,/ min...i cookout I will have 2 bouncy houses for the youth on the 10th as well.. The winner of the tournament will be playing against the Pawtucket police at the August 18th event. August 18th it will start with a motorcycle/car/walking/marching parade for peace., The parade kicks off the event. From 2pm -7pm talent is encourage to take our stage, there will be free food, vendors, and children activities, and of course the game against the police.  This year's block party will be Dedicated to Aleida Depina 10 year old girl which sadly was murdered. In her honor I hoping to have as many children activities as I can on both days... The event ends with a candle vigil were we honor all that we have less not necessarily to violence. KIP understands that a healthy community needs to educate each other, make money together, party together and grieve together.  Jay Chattelle has been instrumental in finding local peaceful talent to take our stage.  We are looking for speakers, singers, etc. We are outreaching to different orgs to set up tables, we are encouraging people to take part in the parade, and we are looking for people to help us on the 10th the 17th and the 18th..
