Arthur Plitt participated in the United Way Summit's direction to future funding for Youth and our Neighborhoods. He also represents the Governor's Commission on Disabilities on the Steering Committee for the Rhodes to Independence program, enabling people with disabilities to become more valuable contributors to our society. As a Commissioner, he has served as liason to many state and local efforts to improve the inclusion of people with disabilities in daily activities. Arthur also serves on the Pawtucket Pension board and the Board for the RI Partnership to Reduce Cancer. In addition to these activities, Arthur has become a Reiki Master to add to his mediation, coaching and facilitating activities. Miriam Plitt was Chair of the American Heart Association-RI affiliate and now Advocacy Ambassador. Hugh and Seth lead busy lives in California and Mass now with their wives Jesica and Robin respectively. Elianna Mia became our first grandaughter and the best in 2008.
