Peter Howell neighborhood covers a one half square mile area north and south of Peter Howell Elementary School in midtown Tucson, Arizona. The neighborhood association was founded in 1991 and meets twice yearly, in October and March. The association sponsors an annual picnic in the spring at Alvernon Park. Above is the courtyard of Peter Howell Elementary School at 401 N. Irving Av.
