Park Ridge was developed in the late 70's and has over 570 homes in its community. We are conveniently located across the street from Carolinas Medical Center, and Carolina Place Mall is at our back door. Our neighborhood is illuminated throughout by streetlights, and our sidewalks connect us to the McMullen Creek and Four Mile Creek Greenways in addition to surrounding shopping and restaurants.
