WELCOME TO OLD MILL POINT SUBDIVISION

A great little gated community of 22 homes in a quiet location with waterfalls and a mini park located at 6784 South Big Cottonwood Canyon Road.  We are close to the freeway for easy access to Salt Lake International Airport, downtown Salt Lake City and Park City as well as Millcreek Canyon, Big Cottonwood Canyon and Little Cottonwood Canyon.  Ski resorts are a just a few minutes away with spectacular views of the Wasatch Mountains to the east as well as the Oquirrah Mountains to the west and also a view of downtown Salt Lake City.
