Welcome to the Oak Meadows Condo Association
Oak Meadows Condominiums is a small community nestled along Issaquah Creek in downtown Issaquah, at the base of the Issaquah Alps. The community boasts 52 one and two story condominiums, as well as an expansive playground and a community cabana. Located just 10 miles outside of downtown Bellevue, the area is rich with recreational amenities like hiking trails, lakes, state parks, retail, biking trails, and skiing.
The community sits directly opposite of the Eastside Fire & Rescue Headquarters, and blocks away from the Police Station, City Hall, 2 fire stations, Post Office, the Issaquah Salmon Hatchery, and Issaquah Valley Elementary. Commuting is made easy with a 3-story park-and-ride garage and transit center offering direct routes to Bellevue and Seattle.
