Northpointe I HOA is located at 5135 East Evergreen Street in Mesa, AZ

We are a community of 120 cluster homes built in 1984 by Cardon Homes. We belong to a master association with gorgeous amenities that include, four pools, raquetball courts, and a playground. 

Sandra Day O'Connor Elementary School, a blue ribbon school is directly west of our community. We are also in the boudaries of Shepard Junior High and Red Mountain High school.
