Welcome!
Our neighborhood has much to offer. We are an easy, close commute to downtown, we are home to both Northeastern Illinois University and North Park University, public broadcasting station WTTW and big beautiful Legion Park. We are home for students, families, singles, academics and young and old professionals. Our neighborhood is primarilary residential, mostly single family homes with a smattering of townhomes and condos. We enjoy an open, friendly, welcoming community.
