The Nicholson Corridor is a vibrant and growing area between downtown Baton Rouge and Louisiana State University. It has a diverse mix of cultures and is home to historical landmarks such as Mangnolia Mound Plantation. The Nicholson Community Group works on maintaining open lines of communication between the residents to continue to have a clean and close community.
