We are a neighborhood of high-rise buildings, condos and converted warehouse loft space. Many of our resident work at Mercy Hospital and other medically related offices nearby. We are home to many artists who enjoy the affordable loft space. Dunbar Park provides green space, tennis, baseball and a great track. Our neighborhood has terrific ethnic food and we are within walking distance of many restaurants in neighboring districts. Getting around Chicago is a snap, as we are located adjacent to two major freeways and the CTA stops at 35th.
