Just wanted to inform all that there have been three robbery attempts on Blaisdell Ave, our neighbors were broken into over the summer and were robbed (lap top, purses, house keys and car keys, cell phones). They returned about 3 weeks ago and tried again by breaking the plastic window lock on one of the windows only the alarm went off and they ran. Last night, their car was jacked up on cinder blocks and all 4 tires stolen. Not sure if its all the same gang, they seem to have something against this couple. The police says that those who rob tires are a different gang from the house thieves and that this gang have been on the prowl looking for relatively new Toyotas and Mazdas and are quite pro and fast at removing tires which they sell for a handsome price online.
