Yes, what IS wrong with the economy? People talk out of both sides of their mouth. We all just learned that NObama has raised more campaign money than ever in history - over 150 MILLION last month. So where are all those folks that are giving (throwing) their money away? Are these the same folks that we hear that can't afford their mortgage, or can't drive their car because gas is too high, or can't afford health care, or have to decide between eating and other necessities of life? They tell us that people are losing their jobs right and left - and they send their money to a political campaign?
Does any of this make any sense to any of you? What is wrong with this picture? I hear folks say that their 401K is now a 201K - are these same folks sending money to have even MORE campaign ads? I understand that next week there will be a thirty minute Obama infomercial - so how the hek much can something like that cost and who hasn't heard every possible pearl of wisdom from the Obama camp? If his campaign has so much money they don't what else to do with it - try charity.
The next time you hear someone talk about how terrible the economy is, ask them if they sent money for a political campaign. If they did, they aren't hurting.
Wow, imagine if instead of wasting all the money on all the promises written on paper and mailed, or all the tv time they can get to tell us all the promises that will probably never happen.....if the money was donated to the US coffers.
I hear from my mail person, Obama has a ton of flyers. Of course, he has more funding, so why not spend, spend, spend! What a waste of money! If Obama likes to spread the wealth, maybe he should spread some of his "hard earned" money!
