Sounds good, and I am glad to see you use the 160 temps because I hate things cooked to death. I will pass this on to my Chef, wife, caretaker, and a few other things that I will not mention.

Thank you.

Kenn I think you'll enjoy it. It's simple to make. Maybe you could shock the wife and you do the cooking one night.  If you need any help just post. As one of the few women that post here I was hoping to get some more women involved, but nothing says a man can't have recipes or doesn't know how to cook.

Thank You.

1# of hamburger

yellow mustard

chicken and rice soup

can of rootbeer (Shasta ?)

salt/pepper to taste

Brown and drain the hamburger. Add 1 can of Chicken w/rice soup. Mix well.

Squirt of yellow mustard. Salt and pepper to your taste.

Next add half of rootbeer. Reserve other half to enjoy while cooking. Again mix well and allow to simmer and reduce down, it will thicken as it cooks.

Serve on buns or folded over bread slices. Sort of a sloppy joe twist.

A favorite of my Dad's.
