Rep. Maurice Hinchey (D-NY) said, we (the government) should own the refineries. Then we can control how much gets out into the market.  Democrats who control both the House and Senate are starting their long term plan to turn the US into a Socialist State along the lines of Venezuela, Cuba and the now failed Soviet Union.

Their (Denseocrats) are trying with OBama to start with socialized medicine. Must be because they think that the government has done such a great job with Social Security, Medicare, the VA and basically everything they manage to get their hands on. HillBilly had even hinted one time that there should be an equalization of income in the USA. Should we start with the Clinton's income?

How about all the kajillion dollars spent THUS FAR in this political campaign? How many gallons or barrels of oil would that buy? Who paid for that - we all did - every person who gave money for a campaign or every business. Just to pester the life out of everyone all day every day with their wild promises and accusations - and don't forget all those lies. The biggest lie of all is that they are doing it for us - the American citizens - oh yes and several million illegal immigrants.

And don't forget - no democrats have EVER done anything that was wrong - only Rebuplicans have done bad things. I'm sure there are hundreds of youtube sites that will prove that!

Obama has consistently displayed "socialistic" tendencies throughout his campaign, and at lest hasn't tried to hide them.  All of his ideas that have to do with fixing this or fixing that or changing this revolves around one socialistic funding scheme or another.  Everything he proposes has to do with a "forced distribution of t wealth" which takes money from those who are successful, went to school, worked hard, saved, and invested  in the economy, and give it (without strings) to those who have not, including criminal, drug addicts and alcoholics who have become a voluntary burden on taxpayers.  He hasn't yet figured out that if you "give" people things, they lose the incentive to become self-motivated and earn things for themselves.  Of course people who can not take care of themselves for some legitimate reason should be taken care of, but those who could but choose not to take care of themselves should continue to wallow in the poverty that they've brought on themselves living is a system which provide a free high school/college education for anyone willing to work hard and apply themselves.
