I like Tom's idae of a smoking only bar and smoke free bar.  I actually suspect both would get business.  While I oppose the notion of smoking being legislated, I would say if we don't want this trend, we need to effectively address the health issues involved in public smoking.  They are real.  And it effects people who don't neccessarily choose to smoke.
