They tried to pull that crap with me last summer. I borrowed a live trap from a friend and trapped the stray cats that kept crapping in my garden boxes. The lady at the HS told me ''That will be $20.00.'' I said ''what for? I am giving you a cat. I should charge you.'' She said ''for us to take the cat.'' I said''I am a taxpayer and my taxes support this place. Either take the cat or I will take care of it myself.'' She took the cat. Next day I arrived with another cat and no questions were asked. Try it next time.
