the dogcatcher sitting at sinclairs gas station on lucas street most of the day. I think they are brothers. Everytime i go by there (2 times atleast a day) there hes parked. I have had to call there several times for stray dogs in my yard and no response and even have been told that they don't ''do'' that anymore and to transport the animal to the humane society myself. What does a dogcatcher catch???no cats, not dogs, ?? The humane society acts like your making a donation when they demand 15.00 per animal you bring, and if you refuse to pay their '' donation'' then they refuse the animal. I know ppl should handle their pets better but why should we expect to pick up their slack..Use the salary this officer makes to put up a large 'donation' at the humane society and let all of us concerned citizens drop these animals off free of charge.
