Thanks for all of your support. The dr. who said not to treat my daughter was Dr. David Wettach. When in the ER after looking at my papers the name stamped all over them is Dr. Teresa Lee saying she seen my child, when in fact she did not, some guy checked her out.

Karen Pierce P.A and Brooke (not sure of the last name) where the 2 that had seen my daughter yesterday and ran a bunch of tests on her to find out what was really wrong with her. Thanks to them my baby is at home instead of in the hospital right now.

I agree Unity has issues. That place is a joke. Anyone seen the commercial saying it's a top 100 Hospital?? Where do they get that info from?? Anyway, Karen Pierce is a great lady. She is very kind and concerned about your problem.

Muscatine Medical Center. Janea Abma and Jennifer Myers are great .We see Janea and our child now goes to Dr. Smith. WE transfered everything from Unity and they are great there.The reason was because my child had the same experience a while back with urgent care. We took him over to the e.r. because we were turned away from the urgent care after we called the pediatrician and was told to take him there.The e.r diagnosed him wrong and said it was viral.He was getting worse the next day and running a high fever. We finally took him to Dr. Smith and he had double ear infection and sinus infection. The next time I need urgent care, I'm going straight to Genisis with him.I will never use Unity again for anything.What good is the new urgent care at the mall , if they have to call the dr. on call to see if they can treat you?? Sounds like a joke to me.

I honestly think we could get better service if we just took the kids to the vet compared to Unity.. Oh and they got one of the chittiest billing systems I've ever seen. Not sure why it always takes 6 months to send a bill out.
