klevarsky..."your way off" I totally agree with you, specially about posting salaries, why isn't this part of employee confidentiality anyway. I know when the "very rare" and unavoidable firing occurs with the city PD, Corderoni cites employee confidentaility as to why no explaination is given for the firing. Ofcourse, a firing at the city PD only occurs if the conduct is too public to sweep under the rug. Non-the-less, salaries should be confidential for ANY worker working for ANYONE!!!!!!! GO  R.
