Welcome Message
Meridian Place is a quaint gated community consisting of 33 homes. We are centrally located close to the Melbourne Airport, major corporations and the beach. Within one hour drive to Port Canaveral, Orlando Airport and Attractions. It is a wonderful place to live and to call home because neighbors know one another.
Meridian Place Community Association, Inc. is a Florida non-profit corporation. The association was established for the maintenance of the common areas, to provide architectural control and compliance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements.
Welcome to Meridian Place HOA website. This is a great way for us to communite and disseminate information pertaining to our quaint neighboorhood. Consider this the community bulletin board. All private matters are dealt via emails or written letters.
