Welcome!

Mayfair is a wonderfully diverse community of Asian and Hispanic families. We offer affordable single family homes, frequently classic Chicago bungalows, with some newer townhomes. Our own Mayfair Park gives us baseball, a fieldhouse and wading pool, while nearby Gompers Park is 39 acres of wetlands and LaBagh Woods Forest Preserve has hundreds of acres of forests for us to enjoy. We have great ethnic food and a nice mix of shopping, not to mention our famous Fishguy Market and The Irish American Heritage Festival every July.
