The Lucky Horseshoe Neighborhood Association is dedicated to keeping our neighborohood safe & enjoyable for everyone. Located next to the famed Churchill Downs, the LHNA has the opportunity to see people from all walks of life make the journey to Churchill Downs each year for the Kentucky Derby.
