The Kilbourn Park neighborhood is a solid middle class, family community that is ethnically well integrated and diverse. Kilbourn Park and Organic Greenhouse is a center for the community that supports gardening, holds a popular annual plant sale, and provides a needed green space. Activities are plentiful winter and summer. Real estate varies from single-family to condos to lofts and townhomes, with prices from affordable to moderately expensive. Ethnic restaurants are plentiful as are basic needs shopping options.
