Jeffrey Manor is an affordable, stable, family oriented, residential neighborhood, with curving streets and two good size parks to provide green space the to area. The traditional Chicago style brick bungalow is common in this neighborhood which was developed mostly in the middle of the last century. There is some new development thruout the community but for the most part Jeffrey Manor is a traditional area. Shopping is available, primarily on it's border streets 95th and 100th Street.
