Welcome

Jarrell Farms is a small community of 63 homes, nestled between the communities of Pike Creek and Hockessin.  Although most of the homes in this neighborhood were built in the mid-1970s-80s, five new homes were built after 2001 on previously empty lots. We boast having a friendly, quiet neighborhood with large yards and mature trees.

We are within the Red Clay Consolidated School District, with North Star Elementary, H.B. DuPont Middle School, and Dickinson High School as our feeder pattern schools.
