Isle of Margate Homeowners Association

Welcome to Isle of Margate HOA. Isle of Margate Homeowners Association was developed in 1999 by  developer Gary Posner and partner.  Our community is a luxury waterfront community.  We are bounded by NW 1st Street on the south, NW 3rd Street on the north, and NW 60th Avenue on the east.  There are fifty single family luxury waterfront properties.
